And more pink...

Wahnsinn!
Ah, finally back at my sewing machine. I’ve taken some time off from hobbies and was just lazy over the past couple of weeks.

I watched myself through Middle-Earth from start to finish. The extended editions of “The Hobbit” 1 & 2 followed by a visit to the movies to see “The Hobbit” 3 and then the extended editions of “The Lord of the Rings” 1-3. I had truly forgotten that extended version of The Return of the King is 240 minutes long. Sheesh!

So before I’ll start a large project again, I thought of doing a couple more of the preemie quilts as I have still a ton of fabric left over from the two pink baby quilts that I did. I even have a couple of 5” squares left that have already snowballed corners. So I’m going to play around a bit with different patterns.

I finished the first top yesterday which has simple patchwork.

Next one in XOXOs and we’ll see about the rest.

I also started cutting up my scraps and started with 2.5” squares which will one day make a great Granny Square quilt.

Cheers,
